30 ml Voerman Vieux
30 ml Oloroso sherry
20 ml tangerine & saffron shrub
5 ml Nocino liqueur
Glsss: Levitas DOF-glass
Garnish: fresh mint, candied fennel seeds on the side
Pour all ingredients in the glass. Fill with loads of crushed ice and swizzle the glass. Add a bit of crushed ice on top and add a metal straw.
