20 ml Voerman Vieux
25 ml apricot liqueur
15 ml Chartreuse Jaune
30 ml fresh lemon juice
1 fresh egg white

Glass: chilled coupe
Garnish: edible flower


Pour all ingredients in a shaker. Dry shake, then fill the shaker with ice and shake even harder. Fine strain in a chilled coupe glass filled with an ice cube. Garnish with an edible flower.
