50 ml Voerman Vieux
15 ml sugar syrup
Half a mandarin (fresh)
Half a lime (fresh)
Crushed ice

Garnish: mandarin part


Muddle slices off half a mandarin and half a lime on the bottom of a tumbler glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice and pour Voerman Vieux and sugar syrup. Stir the glass caipirinha-style, so everything is mixed well. Top off with more crushed ice and place a mandarin-part on top.
