45 ml Voerman Vieux
15 ml ginger syrup
60 ml prosecco
20 ml soda water
Mint leaves

Glass: Wine glass (Copa)
Garnish: Slice of lemon and a mint sprig


Method: Add the vieux and the ginger syrup to a wine glass filled with ice cubes. Add some slightly bruised mint leaves. Top off with prosecco and soda water. Give it a stir and garnish with a slice of lemon and a mint sprig. Enjoy!
