Ingredients

60 ml Voerman Vieux
30 ml fresh lemon juice
15 ml sugar syrup (2:1)
Fresh egg white
3 drops of Angostura bitters
Lemon zest (perfume and discard)

Glass: Tumbler
Garnish: None

Method

Pour the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. First, Dry shake without ice cubes,  then fill the shaker with ice cubes, and shake again, vigorously. Strain the cocktail in a tumbler glass filled with ice and add 3 drops of bitters. Perfume the glass with a lemon zes tand discard.
