40 ml Voerman
30 ml Passionfruit & Rose Shrub
20 ml Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
Top with vegan champagne & vanilla foam
Glass: coupe glass by @onis.glass
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice, fine strain in a chilled coupe and top with the foam (by siphon).
